These terms apply to your use of this website and to any application, call or service you request from AI Closers ("we", "us", "our"), a business operated by Casper Stanita in England and Wales. By using this site you agree to them.

1. What we offer

AI Closers provides education, coaching and mentorship for people who already work with AI tools and want help selling AI-related services to businesses. This website is an information and application page. Submitting an application does not create a contract for any paid service.

2. Applications and calls

You must be 18 or over to apply. You agree that the information you give us is accurate. We may decline any application. Any paid programme is offered only after a call, under a separate written agreement that sets out the price, what is included and any refund terms.

3. No guarantee of results

Examples, screenshots and figures on this site are real but exceptional and are not typical. We do not promise or guarantee any income, number of clients or business result. Your results depend on your skills, effort, market, offer and many other factors outside our control. Examples labelled "Agency" come from our own business, not from members.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Speak to a qualified adviser before making business or financial decisions.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, video, images and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false applications, or use automated tools to scrape or submit forms.

7. Third-party services

Our booking and communication tools are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or content, and their own terms apply to your use of them. This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or income, arising from your use of this site. The site is provided "as is".

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.
