This policy explains how AI Closers ("we", "us"), operated by Casper Stanita, uses personal data collected through this website. We act as the data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect

Application details: your first name, email address, mobile number, optional Instagram handle, and your answers about your age range, AI experience, sales so far, main bottleneck and readiness to invest.
Booking details: whatever you enter when you book a call through our scheduling provider.
Technical data: basic information such as device type, browser and pages visited, collected through standard hosting logs and, if you consent, analytics or advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To review your application, contact you and run your call (legitimate interests, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
To send you information about our services (your consent, or legitimate interests where the law allows; you can opt out at any time).
To measure and improve our website and advertising (your consent where cookies or similar technologies are used).
To meet legal obligations and keep records (legal obligation).

2a. Site analytics

We measure how people use this page: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, which country you are in (worked out by our host, we do not store your IP address), your device type, how long you watch the video, and how far you get in the application. We use this only to improve the page and follow up on applications. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers who help us run the service, such as website hosting, scheduling, email and messaging, customer-relationship and advertising platforms. They process data on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as long as the law and our agreement require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Cookies

We use only essential storage unless you consent to more. If we add analytics or advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel), they will load only after you accept them, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Your rights

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure.

9. Children

This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
